Marina is Legal Counsel and Head of Strategy at NAD Law Chambers, bringing 3–4 years of experience in general litigation in India, alongside professional experience in Canadian estates and trusts, including cross-border matters involving Canada and the United States.In her strategic role, she contributes to the firm’s growth, development, professional outreach, and modernisation, while continuing to engage in legal research, drafting, advisory work, and litigation strategy. She is currently working towards qualification to practise law in Canada, further expanding her cross-jurisdictional legal perspective.
